Q. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, only if the product is damaged or incase of incorrect product has been delivered to you.
The product should be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality check.

No, Beautiart jewellery is made using high-quality alloys, stones, kundan, beads, and antique finishes to create premium fashion jewellery at affordable prices.
