Return & Exchange policy : 

Before initiating a return or exchange, we kindly request you to take a moment to understand how Beautiart Jewellery is made. Every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, which makes each product unique with slight variations in design, stone placement, or polish. Natural stones may differ slightly in shade or texture. These variations are not considered defects but rather a mark of authenticity. All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch.

Store Purchases

Orders collected from our physical store are not eligible for return or exchange once picked up.

Online Purchases

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted in cases where:


1) The product is damaged in transit (when shipped by us), OR an incorrect product has been delivered.

2) Products must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with all packaging,

tags, and seals intact.

3)Any product once worn, tried on for use, altered, or tampered with will not be

accepted for return or exchange under any circumstance.

All other exchanges/returns (not related to transit damage or wrong product) will be at thecustomer’s cost – shipping, courier, and logistics charges (both ways) are borne by the customer.

Steps for Exchange  

1)Notify us within 3 days of receiving the order via email on online@beautiart.in or

WhatsApp/Call on +91 8989181862

2)Share a clear photograph/video of the product highlighting the issue.

Our QualityControl team will review it.

3) Approval for return/exchange lies solely with Beautiart’s QC team.

4)Once approved, we will guide you with the return method.

5)Beautiart Jewellery will not be responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during

return shipping.

6)The exchange process can take 10–15 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

1)If a package is lost in transit (when shipped by us).

2)If a replacement is not available for your damaged/incorrect order.

3)If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

No Refunds Will Be Given For:

●Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery addresses.

●Refusal to accept delivery or failed courier attempts.

●Worn, used, altered, or tampered products.

●Minor variations in polish, stone colour, size, or design (as all items are handcrafted).

● Sizing issues (please check our size chart or contact us before ordering).

●Products returned without prior approval from Beautiart.

NOTE:One-time exchange is permitted per order. Any further exchanges will incur a

25% handling charge.

Hygiene & Safety Clause

For hygiene reasons, items like earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories are strictly

non-returnable and non-exchangeable.”

Gift Orders / Gifting Policy

If the item was received as a gift, any eligible exchange/refund will be issued only to the original purchaser’s account.”

Discounted / Sale Items

●“Products purchased during sales, clearance, or with discount codes are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless damaged in transit.”

Packaging Requirement

Returns will be accepted only with complete original packaging (box, tags, invoice).

Products without original packaging will not qualify.”

International Orders

For international returns, all duties, taxes, and return shipping charges are the

customer’s responsibility.”

Exchange Value Difference

● “In case the exchange item chosen is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer. If the item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit only.”

Note from Beautiart: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose pins, and any worn items cannot be exchanged or returned.Beautiart Jewellery is proud to create handcrafted treasures.
